all work performed involves time, expertise, and resources that cannot be recovered once services have commenced.
2. Project DepositsAll deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once project work has begun.These payments secure
project scheduling,
resource allocation,
research,
planning, and development activities.
3. Website Design & Development Services Refund requests may be considered only if:No work has started on the project.A written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment.Once design, development, content creation, strategy work, or revisions have begun, no refund will be issued.
4. SEO, GEO & Marketing ServicesDue to the nature of SEO, GEO, and digital marketing services:Results cannot be guaranteed.Rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions depend on multiple external factors.Therefore, all SEO, GEO, and marketing service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Monthly Retainer ServicesClients may cancel recurring monthly services by providing at least 30 days written notice.Any fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Custom Development ProjectsFor custom software, web applications, integrations, or development projects:Completed milestones are non-refundable.Work already performed will be billed accordingly.If a project is terminated, clients remain responsible for payment of completed work up to the cancellation date.
7. Chargebacks and Payment DisputesBefore initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact 5 Star Traders Inc. to seek resolution.Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or partially completed work may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of outstanding balances.
8. Exceptional CircumstancesRefunds may be granted at the sole discretion of 5 Star Traders Inc. in exceptional circumstances where services cannot be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to our company.
